Oh yes, he is. “Tall, thin, black-hooded, his terrible snake-like face white and gaunt, his scarlet split  eyes staring…” There is a block buster encounter towards the end involving Harry and Bellatrix witnessing what Harry thinks, a discussion, between Dumbledore and Voldemort
• Harry faces expulsion (yes, the ministry’s had enough of the Boy Who Lived craze). He is charged with Breaching discipline by the Ministry of Magic for performing a charm in front of a muggle in a muggle inhabited area, meaning, he performed the Patronus Charm in front of Dudley at Little Whinging!
• Harry again sees Sirius and grows to adore him so much…that…he becomes the closest thing to parent he has known, a father and a brother. However, the end really tells us how much this “godfather” was loved by our hero.
• Oh yes…the hormones are kicking in…Cho Chang, Harry Potter’s first girlfriend makes him go weak in the knees pretty often. But in reality, it is not as romantic as Harry had thought it would be….you know,
  Cedric –><– Cho –><– Harry…so it’s all pretty irritating.
• The Ordinary Wizarding Levels are upon the fifth years. There is a “flourishing black market trade in aids to concentration, mental agility and wakefulness…” And yes, Griselda Marchbanks, the head of Wizarding Examinations Authority examined Dumbledore during his N.E.W.T.S. and was there to examine the current fifth years too!
• Enters Professor Dolores Jane Umbridge who simpers “hem-hem” – the kind of teacher who makes you say “Good Afternoon Professor Umbridge” or “Yes, Professor Umbridge” after her and knocks of points before you can even open your mouth…however, ofcourse, the Slytherins courtesy, Draco Malfoy, are spared. Umbridge becomes the Hogwarts High Inquisitor and later, the Headmistress (ahem….)
• Quidditch? There are devastating changes…really HUGE changes, with Angelina Johnson becoming the captain and Harry never being on time because of the numerous amounts of detentions he’s serving.
• And last…..who dies…..ah, that’s a heart wrenching scene…
