? Why Evanna?
Why? Cos she is the PERFECT Luna Lovegood they could have found. Also cos of  “And then you meet the one person who created it all.” Evanna’s younger than me but if you knew me, you’d know that one word that describes how I feel for Evanna is Respect, not only for the hard work that she’s promised to put in to do Luna’s character but also for the way she’s shown the world that dreams do come true.

? How do you know so much about Evanna?
I was frankly alarmed by the amount of time I received this question, and variants of it. I’d like to clarify, I know as much as you do – I’m a fan, I have no relation whatsoever with Evanna, I am NOT Evanna – how can anybody believe so? Check out the staff page, you’ll see I’m a perfectly different human being than the flaxen haired Irish girl who plays Luna Lovegood.

? How did you send the birthday message to Evanna?
Um, I do have some privileges owning to the fact I own this huge tribute to the lady herself.

? Does Evanna know of this website?
Well, ofcourse! Evanna Lynch does, in fact, know of this website, and appreciates this. However, it still is not easy for her – being the humble person she is, bless her! – she refrains from actively visiting fan pages of herself as she’s sensitive and wouldn’t like to hear negative comments about mundane things like her weight et al.
Evanna is also aware of our Respect Campaign and praised the efforts of Luna Fans in that direction as well as our support for Blue Cross!

? How do you manage the fan site?
I would say hard work and dedication – and yes it also requires a whole lot of patience! Setting a site up and running requires resources, not to mention, a good host and everything. I feel frustrated at times when I can’t get something onto the pages. But at the end of the day, everything turns out to be miraculously perfect.

? How do you select staff in general?
As I have said before, my decision is superior to all in the case of staff appointments. I consider the past experiences – which is important but is not the sole criterion, because everyone has to start from somewhere. If past experiences are the basis of your applications and are also, very strong, you get the job. Otherwise, I’ll probably hold an IM session (anything – AIM, YIM, Google Talk, but preferred service is MSN) to get an idea if you are okay or no – like in the case of Caitlyn and the way Allison did with me, when I worked at EmmaFans.net before it merged to form IHW.net

? How do you treat the staff?
Look, I’m too affectionate for my precious project – so you could say I treat staff like house-elves. Well, obviously, I’m kidding. I think, I am quite an understanding person, in general.

? Can I borrow your content?
If you ask me a direct question like that – with barefaced shame – I’d say NO! But frame the ‘borrowing’ part correctly, and I might say Yes. You may take the content but since “All original content Copyright © Tanvi 2006. All rights reserved.” you have to credit us and if possible, a mail beforehand will be appreciated. Please, PLEASE, don’t steal, it’s not cool and it just doesn’t work. There’s a whole lot of content that you could prepare yourself too!
