All of you must remember the beautiful photoshoot Evanna Lynch did for the Irish designer Ciaran Sweeney, right?

You might also remember this article where a young designer, Jimena Rilova talks about participating in the Ciaran Sweeney Collection where Evanna Lynch modelled.

The translation of the article pretty much was atrocious, to say the least.

The supplement of Life, from the Irish news “Irish Independent”, illustrates one of their articles with a design of Jimena Rilova for Ciaran Sweeney. Modelling it is Evanna Lynch.

The young designer, Jimena Rilova, a regular participant of past editions of The Fashion Catwalk of León and Castilla like an emerging creator has recently jumped to the public light with one of her ideas. She has made it out of our frontiers this time, specifically in Ireland (place where she had been working from three months ago with the signature Ciaran Sweeney), of a hand of a velvet dress modeled by the actress Evanna Lynch (who plays Luna in the Harry Potter saga). Thanks to an article published last 28th of November in the dominical supplement Life of the Irish Independent news (one of the most bought nationally), Rilova has showed her work in the exclusive Irish signature, famous for it’s colourful creations elaborated with hand painted velvet, and her clients as internationally like Madonna, Elton John or Kylie Minogue.
To realize the design of the dress she got inspired in the tones that the actress often uses (greens and blues) and, having in mind her thin figure, she created a garment of a romantic aspect, rich in volumes and with original brocades. In all of the creating process, that was prolonged in four intense work days, Rilova enhanced the dye of the fabric because of the “passion that supposes witnessing how it starts taking color and shape, first on the patron and then on the model”.
After the first try with Evanna, very emotive for Rilova because of “how satisfied the model was with the result”, then proceeded to the definitive sewing, that hasn’t stop getting praises in the display of the boutique that has the signature in Dublín. There is only one problem and is that, how the designer agrees “is too expensive for any wallet”, because the price of it to the public is of 895 euros.
“Each garment of Ciaran Sweeney is like a work of art, because its made between two people in total craftwork procedure” tells Rilova, method that she also uses for her signature of her line of house and it’s complements.

Regarding The Fashion Catwalk of León and Castilla, she confesses, proud, that “it opened me a lot of door and allowed, for the first time, how a catwalk develops, enjoying my garments on professional models”.
