According to UHP (via SS) Evanna is no longer scheduled to attend the Half-Blood Prince promotional signing in France, June 8th.

Instead, James and Oliver Phelps will be taking hers and Bonnie Wright’s places at the event alongside Tom Felton.

I always thought it a bit odd, when you consider the fact Evanna will be sitting her Leaving Certificate Maths and Irish Exams that day!
