WB has announced that the Worldwide Trailer will debut on Thursday through satellite. The times listed in the press release are:

Oclumencia is reporting that new banners and character posters will be released on Thursday, by Yahoo! Movies.
AND, ComingSoon.net are reporting that Warner Bros has changed the release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince yet again, this time two days earlier than stated before to Wednesday, July 15, 2009. WB have confirmed this to be true.
